Forest School

Our trees have arrived!!

We applied for a grant from the Tree Council with the Orchards for Schools programme and have just received 5 broadleaf trees and 50 hedgerow whips to plant; to enhance our outdoor space. We will be planting these on 1st of February after school. If you would like to be involved, please let the office or one of our Forest School Leaders know.

Welcome to Blossom Tree Forest School!

 

Our Forest School Leaders are Miss Callis, Mrs Redshaw and Mrs Rodriguez. We have been working behind the scenes over the past term with some super, young pioneers, to get our forest school up and running.

We have been clearing, weeding, pond-dipping, building, observing and exploring. The children have been whittling, lighting fires, creating ball runs and they even discovered a mouse nest! All going well, we are hoping to open up the Forest School as a full after school club early next year! Watch this space!
